An ANCSA Village Corporation

Bethel Native Corporation is a for-profit village corporation established in accordance with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) and the laws of the state of Alaska. Bethel Native Corporation was incorporated on June 21, 1973. Bethel Native Corporation is respected as a business leader with offices in Bethel, Anchorage and the lower 48. Bethel’s companies engage in many diverse lines of business including government contracting, construction, logistical support, environmental remediation and commercial real estate.

Bethel Native Corporation is governed by nine member Board of Directors.
